6,500 tpd cement production line for India

Nimbahera, Rajasthan/India. Polysius is to build a 6,500 tpd cement production line for Wonder Cement Ltd. in Nimbahera, in the Indian state of Rajasthan.

The main components to be supplied by Polysius are: a tangential blending silo with a capacity of 20,000 t of raw meal and the kiln system consisting of a 6-stage, 2-string DOPOL’90 preheater with PREPOL-MSC calciner, the rotary kiln and a POLYTRACK clinker cooler.

Two cement grinding systems complete the order. Each of these 200 tph combi-grinding systems will consist of a POLYCOM high-pressure grinding roll, a SEPOL-PC separator and a single-compartment mill.
