With the aim of satisfying the constantly increasing demands on process control while also supporting the economical and competitive operation of grinding and kiln plants, Polysius made a logical product range extension by providing process know-how in the form of expert systems. The POLEXPERT® KCE (Kiln Control Expert) and POLEXPERT® MCE (Mill Control Expert) automatically control the system in all operating situations, ensuring throughput increases, energy savings, quality improvements, longer machine service lives and a noticeable reduction of the plant personnel's routine workload.
